This notice explains what information ZEUZ Systems processes when you use edge.zeuz.help and our infrastructure support services, and why.
This website
The status page does not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies. The client portal form is disabled during maintenance and does not collect, submit or store any input.
Fonts and all other assets are served from this domain; pages make no requests to third-party services. Standard server logs may record request metadata for security and reliability.
Service data
For managed clients we process the technical data required to deliver the service:
- system logs
- monitoring metrics
- network metadata
- support correspondence
Retention
Technical data is kept only as long as needed for operations, security and the terms of the client agreement, and is then deleted.
Sharing
We do not sell data. Data is shared only with infrastructure providers needed to operate the service, or where required by law.
Your rights
You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of personal data we hold about you, subject to legal and contractual obligations.
