Security practices
Access control
Client credentials are issued per organisation. Administrative access requires multi-factor authentication.
Authorised remote sessions
Remote diagnostic sessions start only with client authorisation, and session activity is logged.
Least privilege
Support engineers receive only the access required for the assigned task, for a limited time.
Separated management traffic
Administrative connections are kept separate from client service traffic.
Announced maintenance
Security updates are applied in maintenance windows published on the status page.
